The original purpose of this mod was to make the rare resources worth fighting for by doubling their usefulness. The bonus effects have been balanced to make all rares equally useful. Merchants also got a stat increase to make them more robust given that the rares are more desireable. In the second version of this mod, I added the rares from the T&P Expansion CTW Campaigns. However, those rares were all missing 3D art. I made my own art for some of them, but others either look like vanilla rares or just an icon.

  • rare resource availability spread out between the ages to prevent huge rare war at the beginning of a game

It has a mode for precision to the millisecond and can copy to clipboard or be minimized to display uptime in the taskbar. It also supports color schemes. Due to Windows limits, the default time query method won't work beyond 49 days and 17 hours. However, there is an additional method included for XP/NT that bypasses this limit. It should be compatible with all Windows versions (9x, NT, XP).
